You have agreed to pay your fee by check.
Please make your check to CCAC in one of the following amounts:
Collective Participant + Member of 1 Artist Group $30.00
Collective Participant + Member of 2 Artist Groups $50.00
Collective Participant + Member of 3 Artist Groups $70.00
Collective Participant + Member of 4 Artist Groups $90.00

We will let you know when it arrives.
