Use this Form to Join OR Renew in the Collective
If Joining, please provide as much information as you can.

If Renewing, you only need to enter your name, email, and Artist Group Selections.

After entering your data, please click on  Save your Information  to proceed to payment.
There you will have the option to pay your fee, send a check in the mail, or just exit.

Select Artist Group(s)

Check the boxes to select the groups you wish to join. Please check at least one.

Uncheck a box to deselect that group.

New or Renewing members:
To pay via PayPal 

Click on Complete your Purchase

In the new window, click on the pull down and select the payment amount corresponding to the number of Artist Groups you chose in the previous section. Complete your PayPal purchase as usual.
