We are pleased that you have chosen to join CC Artists Collective in support of artist groups and artists on the Central Coast.

You have agreed to pay your fee by check.

Please make your check to CCAC in one of the following amounts:

Collective Participant + Member of 1 Artist Group $30.00

Collective Participant + Member of 2 Artist Groups $50.00

Collective Participant + Member of 3 Artist Groups $70.00

Collective Participant + Member of 4 Artist Groups $90.00
